Joint Action Mental Health Together – MENTOR Consortium Forum 2025

We are pleased to announce that the MENTOR Consortium Forum 2025 will take place on 9–10 October 2025 in Warsaw, Poland, at the headquarters of the National Health Fund

This forum marks an important milestone, as it brings the consortium together one year after the launch of the Joint Action Mental Health Together project. Over two days, partners, experts, and stakeholders from across Europe will gather to share progress, exchange experiences, and explore innovative approaches to improving mental health policies and services.

The agenda includes interactive workshops, learning labs, synergy sessions, and roundtable discussions, covering key themes such as:

  • Criteria for evaluating community and digital mental health solutions
  • Involving people with lived experience in shaping services
  • Applying the Mental Health in All Policies approach
  • Integrated care pathways to promote social inclusion and quality of life

Communication, dissemination, and sustainability of project outcomes

The MENTOR Forum is a unique opportunity to learn from one another, strengthen collaboration, and co-create new solutions** that can contribute to better mental health and well-being across Europe.

We look forward to welcoming our partners and guests to Warsaw for two days of knowledge sharing, dialogue, and joint action.
