Strategic Guidelines: Designing the Health Budget with a Person-Centred Approach

As part of Work Package 5, Task 5.4, we present guidelines that have been developed in Italy. These guidelines present the Italian Integrated Care Model, which combines health, housing, employment, and social participation into a personalised health budget. This proven framework emphasises autonomy, equity and participation. It integrates insights from policies, services, and lived experiences to offer actionable solutions for enhancing mental health care and fostering social inclusion.
