On 28 and 29 October, the Executive Agency HaDEA, the Joint Action on increasing Capacity building for National Focal Points \u2013 JA NFP4Health, the Partnership for Transforming Health Care Systems \u2013 THCS under Horizon Europe, the Joint Action on cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) and diabetes \u2013 JACARDI and the Horizon Europe Health National Contact Points HNN3.0 Network, organized the Showcase event “Synergies for integrated care” in Rome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative aimed to deepen the strategic vision of the theme of integrated care, the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and mental health. In addition, the theme of synergies and “transfer from policies to practice” was focused through an interactive approach in parallel sessions. Our Project Coordinator Sibilla Neimane and WP5 leader Dr. Gemma Calamandrei participated in the Plenary Session \u2013 Mental Health in EU4Health and MENTOR Scientific Officer MD, PhD, Liene S\u012ble participated in the Panel discussion on integrated care for mental health EU4Health and Horizon Europe. The event played a key role in stakeholder engagement in order to stimulate synergistic actions and support the implementation of the different programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
