It focuses on practices implemented outside the healthcare system, including actions in social, educational, and community settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organisations, public authorities, and community stakeholders are invited to submit <strong>evidence-based or promising practices<\/strong> addressing areas such as <strong>mental health literacy<\/strong>, <strong>community-based support<\/strong> (including social prescribing), and initiatives targeting <strong>vulnerable groups<\/strong>, such as migrants, young people, and older adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Practices included in the Catalogue Inventory will benefit from <strong>EU-level visibility<\/strong> and may support knowledge exchange, adaptation, and <strong>scaling<\/strong> across Member States.
