The first subtask involves mapping accessible, effective digital mental health tools that could be shared and upscaled across Europe, working in synergy with task 5.1 and 5.2. The upscaling of best practice tools will be facilitated. The second subtask addresses the negative effects of digital technology use, delivering an overview of effective preventative strategies for early problematic digital technology use (PDTU).
