Work Package Summary<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Objective of WP1 is to ensure the project implementation of high quality and completed in time, JA Coordinator will provide project management plans and tools, planning, organizing and controlling the implementation process at regular intervals, both to ensure task execution according to expected results and within budget in order to achieve JA MENTOR goals and improve the population mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main objectives of the WP1<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. To create and coordinate a structure that would ensure project\u2019s smooth and goal-oriented implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. To develop consortium agreement, coordinate administrative and financial issues, communicate and report to HaDEA and DG Sante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Support WP collaboration and interactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Ensure stakeholder involvement and maintain contacts. 5. Collaborate and develop synergies on clustering activities with the Action grants on prevention of NCDs in the area of mental health.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
